| The Camps are open to all participants aged 8-18 years. Each camper will be responsible for his/her own daily transportation to and from the Camp locations. Glenforest/Etobicoke Location Fee The cost of the five-day camp is $399.00 CDN. This fee includes 10 swim sessions with instruction by some of Canada's finest coaches and swimmers, daily workshops, a personal videotape of all four strokes (above and under water), swim cap, complete supervision and use of the facilities. Swimmers are required to bring their own lunches and snacks. Early Registration (Both Locations) There is an Early Registration discounted rate of $355 available from March 21st, 2010. Only full payment by this date is eligible for this discounted rate. As of April 22nd, 2010, the regular rate of $399 will apply. Deposits (Both Locations) From April 22nd, 2010 to June 30th, 2010, you may hold your spot with a $200 deposit. The balance of $200 must be paid one week prior to the start of the Camp. Late Registration If space is still available and registration takes place between July 1st and the camp start date, a late registration fee of $425.00 will apply for camp admission and payment in full is required at this time. GST GST/HST is applicable to all fees, including the deposit. (The Camp GST Number is 893246785.) (Note: HST fees are being reviewed for their application to our camp, taxes will be adjusted as directed) Payment choices Payment can be made using VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or DISCOVER or by cheque. If paying by cheque, ensure it is in the appropriate amount and made payable to Swim II Win Camps. Your cheque must be accompanied by a printout of the (duly completed) registration. Registrations will only be confirmed when payment is received. All camps have limited space. Swim II Win Camps have been run at capacity since the year 2000, so register early! Once a camp session is full, we cannot accept additional applications. Refunds will be made only upon presentation of a physician's statement of illness. Refunds Swim II Win Swim Camp will refund amounts in full 30 days prior to the start of the session upon request less a $50.00 handling fee, 29 days prior or less for medical reasons with a doctor's note less a $100.00 handling fee. For all payments made in full, the refund portion will be registration amount less $100.00. This amount may be applied to the following season's Camp fee if requested. |
