About our Camp

In general, all camp sessions begin each day at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 4:00 p.m. Specific locations may vary. During the five day camp, campers will engage in several stroke instruction sessions in all four strokes, a personal videotaping session, four separate seminars covering mental preparation, nutrition for athletes and motivation (including goal setting) and an array of dryland activities both indoors and outdoors. The emphasis of the Swim II Win Swim Camp is to provide individual and group instruction in fundamental and advanced stroke techniques as well as start and turn skills. Introductions to the dryland and mental aspects of the sport will help the camper learn how to swim fast!

Location

This summer the camp will run from the Wilfrid Laurier University pool in Waterloo. This move was made necessary due to closures of the Olympium and various Mississauga area pools for repairs. Please click on the 'View' link below for Google map location of the facility.

Thank-you for understanding the situation, and as always our commitment remains to run a great camp for all our swimmers!
